Bamboo is synonymous with Hong Kong’s ever-growing skyline and has been an integral part of the building industry for centuries.
However, despite its low cost and eco-friendly nature, the local laws are making it irrelevant. But not any more. Now, a group of architects is taking up the challenge to give this sustainable material a new lease of life.
