Dealing another blow to the wobbly Congress-JD(S) coalition government in Karnataka, at least 11 MLAs of the ruling alliance submitted their resignation at the Speaker’s office on Saturday. They reached the Vidhana Soudha and since the Speaker, KR Ramesh Kumar, is not in the office, the MLAs have submitted their resignation to the secretary of the Speaker’s office.
