US President Joe Biden departs Rohoboth Beach after recovering from COVID and dropping out from the presidential race.
Mr Biden is on his way to Washington, as he prepares to deliver a speech at the White House Oval Office at 8pm EST time on Thursday (1am UK time).
Mr Biden said his speech would include “what lies ahead, and how I will finish the job for the American people”.
