South East Asian countries have again failed to take a tough stance against Myanmar’s military rulers during a meeting of ASEAN foreign ministers.
Discussions centered around developing a new strategy in dealing with the junta.
Nearly 2400 people have been killed by in a crackdown by the junta since it came to power in a coup last year.
