A Canadian zoo has decided to send two adult giant pandas back to China because the coronavirus pandemic has disrupted essential deliveries of fresh bamboo. The Calgary Zoo in Alberta made the decision after flights cancelled to fight the spread of Covid-19 also cut off their supply of bamboo for pandas Er Shun and Da Mao.
