Victorian Premier Daniel Andrews refused to answer questions involving an alleged collision between a cyclist and a car driven by Mr Andrews' wife, Catherine, at a press conference on Thursday.
“The Victorian Premier Daniel Andrews essentially refused to respond, he shut down the 17 questions that were asked of him in relation to these fresh claims,” Sky News Reporter Julia Bradley told Sky News host Peta Credlin.
