Two reporters from The Wall Street Journal have left China on February 24 after being expelled over an opinion piece titled “China is the real sick man of Asia”. A total of three reporters were ordered out of the country last week after Beijing called the headline racist. Chinese foreign ministry also urged the American news outlet to make a formal apology.
