The tightened rules for the administration of the measles vaccine to Hong Kong airport workers were criticised on Monday, with many who queued in the hope of being immunised turned away.The development came on the same day it was confirmed two more airport staff members had been infected.That brought the number of measles cases in the city to 36 for the year, of which 16 involved people who work at the airport.
