Dr Lam Kwing-tong and his wife, Lau So-kuen, say they have stopped eating meals provided aboard the Diamond Princess while the cruise ship remains under quarantine in the Japanese port of Yokohama. The Hong Kong dentist said they are worried the food could be contaminated with the deadly coronavirus that causes Covid-19. Lam and his wife are surviving instead on cup noodles and bottled water as they wait out their two-week quarantine. The Diamond Princess has become the largest single cluster of coronavirus infections outside the Chinese mainland.
