Karnataka MLAs did not spend funds for welfare; Siddaramaiah spent only 20 lakh of Rs 2 crore – NewsX has now accessed Karnataka govt documents highlighting serious lapses in the welfare projects launched by the MLAs in each of their constituencies. Most of their MLAs, be it from the BJP, the JDS or the Congress, have not spent a single penny of the public funds allocated for the welfare projects. And on the top of the list is Siddaramiaah’s name who has so far spent only Rs 20 lakh of Rs 2 crore allocated to him for the development of Badami constituency. Similarly, CM HDK’s secretary Boje Gowda has failed to spend any funds for his constituency welfare as well.
