North Korean leader Kim Jong-un and his daughter presided over a paramilitary parade on September 8 2023, in footage released by Pyongyang state media, as the country marked the 75th anniversary of the country’s founding. Kim reportedly attended a series of events to celebrate the event ahead of his expected visit to Russia for talks with President Vladimir Putin.
