Commentator Caroline Di Russo says Optus’ crisis management following the data hack has been “absolutely terrible”.

“That ad in the newspaper was absolutely terrible – ‘we’re really sorry, we want to regain your trust’ – no … fix it first, we’ll talk trust later,” she told Sky News host Chris Smith.
