I am confident that under this new scenario we will be able to come out of militance and develop. There will be ease of living amongst locals. We all want that in coming time there is an election in J&K, it has its own assembly and CM. We want young leaders to be elected to Assembly. I assure that there will be transparent elections for J&K assembly just like the recent local elections,” PM Modi said.
