Russia’s Defence Minister Sergei Shoigu has visited the country’s southern military district to inspect new tanks and vehicles to supply Russian troops in Ukraine.
His visit came after the leader of the Wagner group accused Shoigu and Russian defence chiefs of starving his fighters of ammunition.
Yevgeny Prigozhin said his men would have to leave Bakhmut unless they received more resources.
