The Mexican town of Popotla, located near the US border, was a popular tourist destination but now it houses thousands of asylum seekers trying to cross into the United States.
Local business owners say the arrival of the so-called migrant caravan has frightened tourists away and left them struggling to sell their goods.
And they fear things are only going to get worse, with another group expected to arrive in the new year.
